2. Sample Policy

Custom samples are subject to a prototype fee. This fee is 100% refundable once the subsequent bulk order meets our qualifying threshold.

3. Quality Guarantee & Claims

We perform strict QC before shipment. Upon receiving your bulk order, please inspect the goods. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or shipping damages must be submitted within 7 working days with photo/video evidence.

4. Bulk Order Returns

Due to the customized nature of B2B wholesale products, we do not accept returns for non-quality related issues. For confirmed quality defects, we will offer replacements in your next shipment or a proportional credit/refund.
