  • Air Freight: Faster delivery for urgent samples or smaller stock batches.
  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Recommended for samples.

Lead Times

  • Mass Production: Typically 25-35 days from deposit and sample approval.
  • Transit Time: Varies by destination (approx. 20-40 days for sea freight).

Customs and Duties

Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.


Refund & Return Policy

As a manufacturer specializing in bulk B2B orders, our policy focuses on quality assurance and production standards.

Quality Guarantee

  • We maintain a strict quality control process with a target defect rate of less than 0.1% (meeting German Medical Grade Standards in specific cases).
  • If a shipment has a defect rate exceeding the agreed-upon AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), we will provide replacements or credits.

Damaged Goods

  • Claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos of the packaging and product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-branded products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Samples are generally non-refundable but may be credited against the first bulk order.
