Terms of Service

Welcome to Tumbler Wholesale Bulk. By using our website and services, you agree to the following B2B commercial terms.

1. Wholesale Orders & MOQ

Our services are strictly for B2B wholesale. Unless otherwise negotiated, our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 units per model for customized orders.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All prices provided via quotes are valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in raw material costs (Stainless Steel) and exchange rates. Prices are typically quoted on EXW or FOB terms unless specified otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

For bulk orders, we generally require a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L).

4. Manufacturing Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Peak season or large-scale custom orders may require additional time.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos or designs provided for customization do not infringe on third-party trademarks.
